My Story

I reached a point in my life when I was curiously asking different questions about what it meant for my human existence.  With a desire to make a difference in my life's work, the path led me to Massage Therapy.  It's been an eye-opening journey of self-understanding in which I developed a deeper awareness of the physical systems of the body and the interdependence of relationships within and around us for wellness.

I became a  student of life.

I curate experiences and hold safe spaces for self-exploration while building an intentional community. A supportive vessel for bringing compassion, connection, justice, joy,  creativity, and freedom as a pathway to healing. I believe the work chose me to be the beacon of light for myself and share it with others to be an embodiment of love toward collective liberation.

Living Heart's vision is we can recognize and own the responsibility for ourselves first and then for each other. By remembering the interconnection of the animate and inanimate world we can hold the deepest imagination for humanity.  We can shift the consciousness of our communities by living through our hearts.

The sessions are embodiment practices essential to deepening or reconnecting to our bodies through the senses to begin navigating and exploring our inner world.

Living Heart Bodywork is committed to an equitable and inclusive practice of building relationships by respecting differences and listening to each other's visions for a just and sustainable world.

Thank you for being part of the journey!
